COVID-19 Testing Information
There are over 100 free COVID-19 testing sites across the state of New Jersey. For more information or to search for specific sites, visit: https://covid19.nj.gov/pages/testing
Below is a list of sites near Holmdel that are offering COVID-19 testing (this list is not comprehensive):
- Brookdale Community College: every Tuesday from 2pm-6pm; Children’s Learning Center – Parking Lots 4&5
- Hazlet Pharmacy: appointment required; Schedule Here
- CVS Aberdeen (557 South Atlantic Avenue; Aberdeen): appointment required; Schedule Here
- CVS Morganville (483 Route 79; Morganville): appointment required; Schedule Here
- Quest Diagnostics (3052 Route 35; Hazlet): appointment required; Schedule Here

It's especially important to get tested if:
- You have COVID-19 symptoms after being exposed, even if you are fully vaccinated or recently recovered from COVID-19 in the last 3 months.
- You have been in close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
- You were recently in a large gathering where social distancing was hard to maintain or a crowded indoor setting and are not fully vaccinated or recently recovered.
- You must travel and are not fully vaccinated, get a viral test 1-3 days before travel and 3-5 days after travel.

NOTICE from Bayshore Medical Center:
If you are in need of a COVID test and have mild to moderate symptoms, we encourage you to visit a local pharmacy or one of our urgent care centers. The emergency room should not be your primary destination if you are looking for a COVID test. You should only visit the emergency room if you experience symptoms that warrant immediate medical attention, such as*:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion or inability to arouse
- Bluish lips or face
